Update from the Secretariat

KPL wrote to the Nairobi City County Assembly Committee on Agriculture, Livesto犀利士 ck, and Fisheries over the Proposed Food Crop Regulations, and this morning they have responded by telling us that the Drafters have developed a new version of the Regulations. We have agreed with the Committee that the KPL Peasant Rights, Agroecology, and Human Rights Collectives will look at the Food Crops Regulations 2019 and see if issues that we raised in our earlier Petition have been addressed before we meet the Committee afresh.KPL Secretariat
